Scope
This standard specifies the size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging marks and quality certificates of heat-resistant steel bars (the general term for round steel, square steel, flat steel and hexagonal steel, hereinafter referred to as steel bars). . This standard applies to hot-rolled and forged steel bars whose size (diameter, side length, thickness or distance across sides, hereinafter referred to as size) is not more than 250mm or cold-worked steel bars whose size is not more than 120mm. After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, hot-rolled and forged steel bars with a size greater than 250mm, or cold-processed steel bars with a size greater than 120mm can also be supplied.
