Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of anhydrous lithium chloride products. This standard applies to anhydrous lithium chloride prepared by transformation method using lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide monohydrate or lithium-containing brine as raw materials. The product is used for welding, materials, air-conditioning equipment and the production of lithium metal, etc.
