- This standard specifies the modulation light source reflective measurement method of infrared radiance, instrument composition, standard sample production requirements and measurement procedures, etc. This standard is applicable to the measurement of infrared emissivity meeting the following conditions: a) Emissivity range: 0.05~0.99; b) Material form: solid or liquid; c) Radiation wavelength range: 0.76μm~20μm.
