This standard specifies the general design requirements and verification requirements for working fluid sampling points in military aircraft hydraulic systems. This standard is applicable to the design and verification of working fluid sampling points in the development stage of hydraulic systems designed in accordance with GJB 638A-1997. The design of working fluid sampling points for other fluid systems can also be implemented with reference.
