This part of SC/T 7204 specifies the principle reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures and result determination of the shrimp Taura syndrome indicator biological detection method. This section applies to the detection of viral infection activity on samples that are positive for Taura syndrome through external symptom examination, RT-PCR testing or histopathological diagnosis, or on animals suspected of Taura syndrome or other materials carrying TSV.
