Scope: This standard specifies the economic benefit indicators, basic statements, calculation methods and economic benefit calculation parameters for tobacco agricultural scientific and technological achievements calculation methods. This standard is suitable for calculating the economic benefits (or economic losses that have been recovered) achieved after the application of my country's tobacco agricultural scientific research results and agricultural science and technology demonstration and promotion results, and predicting the economic benefits that may be generated after further promotion (or the economic losses that may be recovered) . It is not applicable to the calculation and prediction of economic benefits of scientific and technological achievements in the cigarette industry.
