Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of X-ray photography cassettes (hereinafter referred to as cassettes). This standard applies to cassettes, which are used to hold single sheets of X-ray film during X-ray photography.
