Scope: This standard specifies the content and format of the evaluation report (form) for radiation protection against occupational hazards in construction projects. This standard is applicable to the preparation of the pre-evaluation report on radiation protection against occupational disease hazards and the evaluation report on radiation protection against occupational disease hazards for the following construction projects: (1) Nuclear facilities; (2) Workplaces with sealed sources; (3) Workplaces with unsealed sources; (4) The workplace of the radiation device.
