This standard specifies the basic requirements for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of HACCP systems for meat and poultry breeding enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises). This standard applies to the establishment, implementation and management of the HACCP system of large-scale meat poultry (including broiler chickens, turkeys, meat ducks, meat geese, meat pigeons and quail) breeding enterprises that are house-fed or semi-house-fed. It can also be used as an external Technical basis for verification.
