- This standard specifies the safety production assessment methods and contents for metal and non-metal mine safety production management personnel, as well as the requirements and contents for retraining and assessment. This standard is applicable to the safety production qualification assessment of production safety management personnel of enterprises engaged in metal and non-metallic mineral mining. The safety production qualification assessment of the safety production management personnel of enterprises engaged in geological exploration, mining and construction of metal and non-metallic minerals, and operation and management of tailings ponds, as well as enterprises that mine river sand, bricks, clay, water and gas minerals, can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to the safety production qualification assessment of the safety production management personnel of mining enterprises that mine coal-based pyrite and mineral deposits that are symbiotic and associated with coal.
