GB/T 20624.1-2006
Scope
This part of GB/T 20624 specifies the resistance of dry coatings of paints, varnishes or related products to cracking or cracking from the substrate when deformed under standard conditions by a drop hammer (spherical punch with a diameter of 20 mm). Test method for peeling ability. This standard is applicable—as a pass or fail test, in which a weight of specified mass is dropped from a certain height to determine whether a coating complies with the requirements of a particular specification. - As a classification test, the minimum weight and/or drop height that causes the coating to crack or peel off from the substrate is determined by gradually increasing the drop height and/or weight mass.
