Scope
1.1 This section provides information and general principles for the selection and implementation of the exposure methods described in detail in the following sections. It also describes and recommends methods for measuring irradiance and radiation, and describes the methods used to monitor the temperature and depth of the cabinet. Equipment requirements for surface temperature of colored materials. 1.2 This section also provides information for the interpretation of accelerated exposure test data. See ISO 4582 for more information on methods for determining the change in properties of plastics after exposure and the presentation of the results.
