- This procedure is applicable to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of the leakage current test part of AC and DC leakage current testers (or measuring instruments) and comprehensive safety performance test devices. This procedure does not apply to the verification of breakdown current of withstand voltage testers, component leakage current testers and leakage protection testers.
