- This specification applies to the overall design of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of inland ports. For estuary ports that are dominated by tidal effects and dock inland river ships or sea-going ships, or river ports that have river hydrological characteristics and are affected by tides and dock sea-going ships, the overall design can be based on this code and the current industry standard "General Plane Design of Sea Ports" according to different circumstances. The relevant provisions of "Specifications" (JTJ211) shall be implemented.
