- This standard stipulates the methods and content of safety production assessment for the main persons in charge of metal and non-metal mines, as well as the requirements and content of retraining assessment. This standard is applicable to the safety production qualification assessment of the main persons in charge of enterprises engaged in metal and non-metallic mineral mining. The safety production qualification assessment of the main persons in charge of enterprises engaged in geological exploration, mining and construction of metal and non-metallic minerals, and operation and management of tailings ponds, as well as enterprises that mine river sand, bricks, clay, and water and gas minerals, may refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to the safety production qualification assessment of the main persons in charge of mining enterprises that mine coal-based pyrite ore and coal-related or associated mineral deposits.
