Scope: This standard specifies the terms, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, storage and transportation of accessories for contact lenses. This standard applies to accessories for contact lenses (hereinafter referred to as accessories). Auxiliary supplies are used for contact lens storage, placement, clamping, care solution, cleaning solution preservation, contact lens cleaning, etc. This standard does not apply to contact lens care products.
