- This standard specifies 2-thiouracil, methyl thiouracil, propyl thiouracil, tapazole, mercaptobenzo Imidazole (2-mercaptobenzimidazole) residual liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. This standard is applicable to the determination of thiourea, methylthiouracil, n-propylthiouracil, tapazole and mercaptobenzimidazole residues in bovine thyroid and beef. The detection limit of this standard method: thioureazine, methylthiouracil, n-propylthiouracil, tapazole and mercaptobenzimidazole in bovine thyroid and beef are all 2 μg/kg.
