- Scope
- This standard specifies the classification, structure, requirements, test methods, signs, labels, packaging, storage and transportation of ordinary V-belts for general transmission (hereinafter referred to as V-belts). This standard is applicable to ordinary V-belts with cord structure used in general mechanical transmissions. This standard does not apply to ordinary V-belts with cord structure; it does not apply to mechanical transmission devices such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, and motorcycles.
