- This standard specifies the working procedures and relevant technical requirements for the testing, transportation, hoisting, filling, launching, etc. of the two-stage liquid carrier rocket (hereinafter referred to as the rocket) using conventional propellants in the launch site area. The two-stage liquid launch vehicle in this standard refers to the liquid launch vehicle without boosters. This standard applies to the test launches of rockets at the launch site, and the joint training of rockets at the launch site can also be implemented with reference.
