Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions and abbreviations of the intelligent transportation system data dictionary, the basic concepts of the ITS data dictionary, the meta-attributes and consistency requirements of the ITS data dictionary. This standard is applicable to guide ITS data dictionary developers and users to establish ITS data dictionaries.
