Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for SCDMA wireless access systems using synchronous code division multiple access (SCDMA) working mode and operating in the 400/1 800MHz frequency band with a frequency interval of 500kHz, including system reference model, overall system technical requirements, user terminals, Functional requirements, performance index requirements, power supply requirements, environmental adaptability requirements and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of base stations, base product controllers, repeaters, network management equipment and other equipment. This standard is applicable to SCDMA wireless access systems that use synchronous code division multiple access and operate in the 400/1 800MHz frequency band with a frequency interval of 500kHz. This standard does not apply to SCDMA wireless access systems with a frequency interval of 250kHz.
