Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wild vegetables. This standard applies to clean vegetables, salted vegetables, and dehydrated vegetables processed from wild vegetables. Appendix A of this standard lists the names and edible parts of common wild vegetables.
