Scope

This standard specifies a plug (connection) with a push-on fastening method with a slide lock structure specified in JIS C 5962 on one side, a push-on fastening method on the other side, and an aligned ferrule structure with an outer diameter of 1.25 mm. This specification specifies the F17 type optical fiber connector (hereinafter referred to as an optical connector) with an adapter plug connection method.
