- This standard specifies performance test methods for automotive diesel filter assemblies to make laboratory performance test results of filters comparable. This standard applies to filters for automotive diesel engines and diesel injection device testing equipment with a volume flow rate below 3.5L/min (210L/h). For filters with a rated volume flow greater than 3.5L/min (210L/h), please refer to it.
