- This part of SC/T 1091 specifies the water environment, net enclosure facilities, crab species stocking, feed feeding, feeding management, fishing and temporary breeding technology for raising crabs (Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinernsis, commonly known as river crabs) in lake net enclosures. This section applies to net-enclosed crab farming in shallow grassy lakes. Other rivers and reservoirs of the same type can refer to this implementation.
