Scope

This standard specifies the frame structure, channel coding and modulation of mobile multimedia broadcasting system broadcast channel transmission signals in the frequency range of 3OMHz ~ 3000MHz. This standard applies to broadcasting systems that transmit multimedia signals such as television, radio, and data information through satellite and/or terrestrial wireless within the frequency range of 3OMHz to 3000MHz.
