This standard specifies the definition of aluminum-plastic composite pressure pipes (referred to as aluminum-plastic pipes or aluminum-plastic composite pipes) that are made of butt-welded aluminum pipes as embedded metal layer reinforcements and compounded with inner and outer polyethylene plastics through hot melt adhesives. Classification and marking, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to aluminum-plastic pipes transporting fluids under the maximum allowable working pressure (including industrial and civil hot and cold water, heating systems, underground irrigation systems, compressed air, gas, etc.).
