- This part specifies the definition of non-genuine galvanized steel sheets and steel strips, inspection and identification rules and determination of inspection results. Galvanized steel sheets and strips covered in this section include hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized steel sheets and strips. This section is applicable to the inspection and identification of galvanized thin steel sheets and steel strips such as non-genuine galvanized sheets and steel strips and first-class residual products. This section also applies to the inspection and identification of genuine aluminized and galvanized aluminum alloy plates and steel strips.
