Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and order form for tantalum carbide powder. This standard is applicable to tantalum carbide powder prepared by carbonizing tantalum oxide (or tantalum powder). The products are used as additives for the production of cemented carbide.
