This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and labeling requirements for cocoa butter substitute chocolate and its products. This standard applies to products referred to in 3.1 and 3.2 where the added amount of cocoa butter substitute exceeds 5%.
