This standard specifies the basic form and main technical parameters, requirements, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of the electrified railway contact network comprehensive maintenance work vehicle. This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of new standard gauge electrified railway contact network comprehensive maintenance work vehicles (hereinafter referred to as work vehicles) powered by internal combustion engines. Non-standard gauge, unpowered work vehicles may be used as a reference.
