Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for tobacco machinery welding parts. This standard applies to welded parts of tobacco machinery manufactured by methods such as fusion welding, resistance welding and brazing of carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
