Scope
1.0.1 This specification is formulated in order to standardize the construction, testing and acceptance requirements of anti-static ground engineering and ensure that it is technologically advanced, economically reasonable, high quality, safe and practical. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of anti-static floor projects in places where electrostatic-sensitive components, electronic equipment, and instruments are developed, produced, tested, maintained, and used. 1.0.3 The unit undertaking the construction of the anti-static floor project must strictly follow the design and construction, and any design changes shall require a change notice or visa from the original design unit. 1.0.4 Before the anti-static floor project is constructed, the construction unit must make a construction plan and organizational implementation plan, and obtain the approval of the owner's representative. 1.0.5 The materials used in the project should be inspected. The name, model, specification, and quantity should meet the design requirements, and must have a factory certificate. 1.0.6 The mechanical and electrical performance indicators, loading, unloading, transportation methods, installation and use methods, storage environment, etc. of the equipment and instruments used in the project must comply with the requirements of the product manual. 1.0.7 Concealed projects must have on-site construction records or relevant information (such as test data, photos, videos, etc.), and must be signed by the owner’s representative before proceeding to the next step of construction. 1.0.8 When building anti-static floors in places with high voltages of 220V, 380V and above, it is advisable to use static dissipative materials rather than static conductive materials. 1.0.9 The construction and acceptance of anti-static floor projects, in addition to implementing this specification, should also comply with the requirements of fire prevention, environmental protection, occupational safety and health and other relevant standards and specifications.
