- This standard specifies the main mechanical seals of steam rotary joints for soda ash steam calcining furnaces where the steam shaft pressure is not greater than 3.5 MPa, the temperature is not higher than 350°C, the rotational speed is not greater than 10r/min, and the outer diameter of the shaft (or sleeve) is not greater than 450mm. Part technical requirements, sealing performance, testing, installation and use requirements. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of steam rotary joints and other similar mechanical rotary joints.
