- Scope
- This standard specifies the design requirements for military aircraft composite structures and recommends design methods that meet relevant requirements. This standard is applicable to various types of reinforced fiber/resin matrix composite material structures of military aircraft and the resin matrix composite material parts of metal and composite material hybrid structures (except fiberglass radome structures); helicopters with similar composite material structures can be used as a reference. However, it does not apply to composite material structures in helicopter lift systems, control systems and other mechanical systems.
