Scope

This part of ISOIIEC ISP 10607 (AFT3) coversmanagement of files between the filestores of two endsystems, using the OSI connection-mode transportservice to provide the interconnection. One end systemacts in the initiator role and initiates the file management,the other end system acts in the responder role andprovides management of the file in the virtual filestore.
