- This standard specifies the product model, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, packaging, storage, transportation, installation, maintenance and safety inspection requirements for drilling fluid circulation manifolds (hereinafter referred to as manifolds). This standard applies to manifold systems supporting land drilling rigs and offshore drilling platforms for oil and gas exploration, development, and drilling operations. The manifold referred to in this standard includes the following main components: ——Rigid pipelines. ——Mud valve, surface valve group, drilling floor valve group. ——Filters, elbows, tees, crosses and other pipe fittings. ——Flexible pipelines. ——High-pressure union, weld neck flange, clamp connector, sealing ring, bolt and nut. ——Safety chain.
