- This standard specifies the diagnostic techniques and procedures for bluetongue. This standard applies to the diagnosis and quarantine of bluetongue. Chapters 4, 5, and 6 are for virus isolation and identification and pathogen detection, chapters 7 and 8 are for virus serotype identification, and chapters 9 and 10 are for antibody detection.
