- This standard specifies the basic dimensions and joint assembly space of aircraft pressure chamber pressure test joints connected to ground pressurization equipment hose assemblies or adapter joints. This standard is applicable to aircraft pressure cabin ground pressure test joints. The applicable scope of the three sizes of joints is as follows: Joint aperture recommended cabin volume 22.22mm not more than 10 cubic meters 46.04mm 10 to 45 cubic meters 72.39mm 45 to 170 cubic meters
