- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ground calcium carbonate for papermaking. This standard applies to ground calcium carbonate made from natural calcium carbonate minerals (marble, limestone, white marble, chalk, etc.) after crushing, grinding (wet grinding and dry grinding in one grade) and other processing steps. This product is mainly used as paper filler and coating pigment.
