This standard specifies the basic requirements for the design of 3kV ~ 500kV high-voltage distribution devices in new construction projects of power plants and substations. This standard is applicable to the design of new AC 3kV ~ 500kV power distribution devices in power plants and substation projects. The design of expansion or reconstruction of power distribution devices can be implemented with reference to this. For foreign-related projects, the national conditions of the host country must be taken into consideration and implemented based on the specific conditions of the project.
