This standard specifies the quality indicators of four varieties of sweet almonds (big flat apricot) and bitter almonds (mountain apricot), including the average kernel quality, color , flavor, broken rate, unfulfilled rate, moth-eaten rate, mildew rate, impurity rate, foreign species rate, moisture content, aflatoxin, etc. This standard applies to the production, marketing and import and export of apricot kernels. This standard does not apply to fresh edible apricot varieties.
