Scope

This specification specifies the general requirements, quality assurance provisions and delivery preparations for analog aeroengine tachometers. This specification applies to the design, inspection, delivery and order of aeroengine tachometers (hereinafter referred to as tachometers). The tachometer involved in this specification refers to the speed indicator, not including the speed sensor.
