Scope: This standard proposes lightning protection principles, lightning protection zones and protection level divisions for civil aviation communications, navigation and surveillance facilities, and stipulates relevant comprehensive lightning protection measures and management and maintenance methods. This standard applies to the lightning protection construction and management and maintenance of civil aviation communication, navigation and monitoring facilities (hereinafter referred to as communication, navigation and monitoring facilities).
