This standard specifies the method for the determination of trypsin inhibitors in genetically modified plants and their products. This standard applies to the determination of trypsin inhibitors in genetically modified soybeans and their products, genetically modified cereals and their products. Other genetically modified plants, such as peanuts, potatoes, etc., can also be measured using this method.
