Scope
1. Main content and scope of application This standard stipulates the scope of responsibilities of the container and heat exchanger profession and the main tasks at each stage of design, and is applicable to design management work. 2 Scope of Responsibilities 2.0.1 Responsible for the design of containers at all stages of the project (including reactors, converters, towers, separators, storage tanks, storage tanks, gas cabinets, spherical containers, regenerators, clarifiers, general filters, silencers product design and mechanical design calculation work for heat exchangers (including tube type, sleeve type, plate type, spiral plate type, plate fin type heat exchanger, etc.). 2.0.2 Collect, compile and improve the design standards, specifications and regulations of this profession. 2.0.3 Responsible for the technical training and knowledge updating of this professional staff. 2.0.4 Provide the design manager with reports on the progress of this professional project. Assist the operating department to facilitate the signing of contracts. Assist relevant departments to deal with issues involving equipment technology and expenses for which the profession is responsible with users, proprietary technology (or patent) owners, manufacturers, etc. 2.0.5 Estimate and control the labor time consumption of this major. 2.0.6 Complete the project design completion report and engineering technology summary. 2.0.7 If necessary, conduct design return visits and prepare a return visit summary.
