- This standard specifies the review details of professional engineering design documents for vessels and heat exchangers, and is applicable to design quality assurance work. 2.0.1 Process design documents are divided into two types: equipment diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet and equipment construction drawing. 2.0.2 The acceptance conditions used by reviewers at all levels to perform work should be the latest version. The inquiry version of the equipment diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet used for review of construction drawings should be approved by the relevant profession. 2.0.3 Those who participate in the review of equipment diagrams (equipment engineering drawings) and/or data sheets should be familiar with the engineering design requirements. Those who participate in the review of equipment construction drawings must also have the qualification of pressure vessel reviewers. 2.0.4 Engineering design documents shall be reviewed in accordance with the following review details. 2.0.5 Engineering design documents should be self-edited by the designer before being submitted for proofreading. The review details mentioned in Chapter 3 of this standard apply to the review of manufacturing version of equipment diagrams (equipment engineering drawings) and calculation books. Other versions of equipment diagrams (equipment engineering drawings) can also be implemented with reference. The review details mentioned in Chapter 4 of this standard apply to the review of equipment construction drawings.
