- This standard stipulates the content, depth and requirements of the drawing data provided by the company (institute) to the seller, and is applicable to equipment in which the manufacturer is responsible for the design and manufacturing of construction drawings in engineering equipment procurement activities. 2.1.1 Providing equipment drawings and data to the buyer and/or the buyer’s representatives is an important part of the seller’s performance of the equipment purchase contract obligations. The seller shall provide according to the type of equipment and the stage of contract execution. The specific required drawing information content (type) and quantity shall be specified in the attachment of the order contract. 2.1.2 The seller should provide the drawings and information required by the buyer on time to ensure that the company (institute) can carry out the design work smoothly. To achieve the above purpose, the specific date for providing drawings and materials will be specified in the attachment to the order contract. 2.1.3 The equipment drawings and information provided by the seller are divided into: blueprint or copy (code P), second base drawing (code R) or floppy disk (code S). The specific requirements will be in the inquiry technical requirements (i.e. purchase requisition or technical requirements).
