- This specification applies to the defibrillation part (including defibrillation during defibrillation) of newly manufactured, in-use and repaired ordinary cardiac defibrillators (hereinafter referred to as defibrillators) and cardiac defibrillator monitors (hereinafter referred to as defibrillator monitors).
