- This regulation specifies the measurement performance requirements, general technical requirements, measurement instrument control, calibration methods and test procedures for dynamic road vehicle automatic scales (hereinafter referred to as "dynamic truck scales" or "weighing instruments"). It is suitable for type evaluation (type identification) of dynamic truck scales, initial verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection, as well as product quality supervision and spot inspection.
